Visa Information

Visas will be required for travel to China from some countries. We would suggest that you contact your local Chinese embassy or Consulates-General first for more information regarding visa requirements. Or you can first check here on Chinese Visa requirements.

Although we are unfortunately unable to help directly with your application for a visa to China, we can assist you by providing a visa invitation letter for you to submit along with your visa application, should this be required.

Please remember to allow sufficient time for the paperwork to be processed prior to travel to the event. Please note your registration needs to be completed and full payment must be received before your visa invitation letter will be issued.

• Date of Birth
• Company
• Business or Job Title
• Passport Number
• Intended Arrival Date
• Intended Departure Date
• Hotel booked
